HTA Sourcing Department search for potential supplier through professional exhibition, internet or other ways, coordinate with the supplier to arrange the evaluation on the supplier site which is conducted by HTA QA and R&D department. Only suppliers qualified to meet HTA’s standard in quality performance, delivery performance, cooperatioin and cost will be listed in HTA’s AVL (Approved supplier list). HTA ensures that there are at least two candidates from AVL for main materials in case of urgent requirement.

HTA PMC devide and combine orders from different customers with regard to miscellaneous products in most optimised solution, and convert sub-orders to upstream raw material suppliers, to save time and cost by avoiding repetitive routine handling. Close following-up of each material arrival, rational production timeline arrangement and promoting, abonormity coordination and settlement ensure effective and calm on-time delivery. No more rush loading or frequent shipment postpone. Haste and late makes waste.
